Advise travellers and travel partners, and plan individual journeys shaped around each client.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our incoming travel agency as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities
- Work closely with clients during the planning phase to create memorable journeys.
- Advise private customers, travel agencies and tour operators by phone and in writing.
- Handle travel enquiries, bookings, rebookings and cancellations.
- Plan and calculate individual travel programmes and contribute to new themed journeys.
Your profile
- A passion for Cape Verde and knowledge of the islands, ideally through personal travel experience.
- Good conversational German and English. Portuguese or Cape Verdean Creole is an advantage.
- Experience designing individual programmes is helpful, but not essential. Applicants with a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Confident use of Windows and Microsoft Office.
